March 2021 Call-Outs

During the month of March, our BEEP Doctor team attended 42 emergency call-outs. 23 of these were road traffic accidents where they assisted to the casualties, who were subsequently taken to hospital by road or air. Case Study: Cardiac Arrest

Doug Davies, one of our BEEP Doctors based in the south of the county attended an incident on the 28th February at Sandside, near Milnthorpe. Donations received to kick off our campaign

November Call-Outs

In November our team of volunteer BEEP Doctors were called out to 12 incidents across the county, including Lancaster, Carlisle and Legburthwaite. Eight of these were road traffic accidents, so please take note of driving conditions before you travel this winter and don’t drink & drive.

BEEP (BASICS Cumbria) receive donation

BEEP (BASICS) Cumbria has received a donation for £20,851.76 from the British Association for Immediate Care.
